The sections represent the various fields for projects. Exhibitors locations are determined by the type of projects they work on. For e.g. there might be two exhibitors that supplies lighting. One is street/footpath lighting while the other is interior lighting. The first would look at "Roads" as the section to be in, while the later would be going into "Building".
